Dr. Alan Rozich
Dr. Alan Rozich is the founder of BioConversion Solutions, LLC (BCS), formerly PMC BioTec. Rozich is a world-renowned expert on biological processes with over 30 years of experience in biological treatment and conversion. Author of the book, Design and Operation of Activated Sludge Processes Using Respirometry, Rozich is internationally recognized for his expertise in biological process technology and has contributed over 80 articles and presentations on the topic. Rozich is a former principal of ERM, Inc., and BioProcess Engineering, Inc. He was also an assistant professor at the University of Delaware and a wastewater engineer for the Columbus Ohio Public Works Department.
Peter Mawn is a member of the board of directors for BCS and is a founder and managing partner of Oakmont Partners, LLC – a Boston-based wealth management firm. Mawn has 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, including positions at John Hancock Life Insurance Co., Fidelity Investments, and Sun Life Financial Services. He has held senior executive positions focused on personal trust services, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, hedge funds, and private equity products. Mawn also sits on the board of directors of First Commons Bank and is a managing director of Oakmont Ventures.
David Lowe is a member of the board of directors for BCS, the founder of Garnet Street Partners – a wealth management family office – and an advisor with Fireman Capital Partners where he evaluates and manages investments. With more than 20 years of experience as a business operator, Lowe was one of the original owners of Stacy’s Pita Chip Company alongside his sister Stacy, where he was intimately involved in all aspects of developing Stacy’s into a multi-national brand and its eventual acquisition by PepsiCo. He was also a lead investor in the purchase of Evolution Juice, which sold within 14 months to Starbucks. Lowe is also the founder of Windrose Advisors – a multi-family office that manages approximately $1.5 billion – and is on the board of directors for Hudson Clothing and Tickets for Charity.
